Punctuality: Please arrive on time, ideally 10 minutes before class begins. The sequence of postures is an essential part of Iyengar Yoga, and arriving on time ensures you can participate in the entire sequence.
Late Arrival: If you arrive after the class has started, please wait until the end of the salutations before joining the practice.
Pre-Class Nutrition: Avoid eating solid food for at least three hours before class. Coffee or tea is acceptable up to one hour before class.
Drinking During Class: Please refrain from drinking water during class to maintain focus and avoid distractions.
Health & Wellbeing Disclosure: At the beginning of each class, kindly inform me if you have experienced any recent illness, or if you are feeling stressed or exhausted. Women should also notify me if they are pregnant or menstruating.
