Krishna
Krishna’s core belief is that one needs to be physically and mentally fit to achieve success and to live a balanced life. He grew up with yoga as part of his daily routine as a student in Hyderabad, India.
Throughout the years, yoga allowed Krishna to see the connection of our mind and body, and it is this understanding that spurred him to embark on his yoga journey. This journey eventually became a lifelong passion that he now wants to pass on to others.
After teaching and practicing various styles of yoga, Krishna found his true calling in the B.K.S Iyengar practice. Determined to deepen his practice and knowledge, he focused on attaining his Iyengar certification under the guidance of his Spiritual Master and finally completed his formal Iyengar certification in May 2018.
In addition to teaching Iyengar Yoga, Krishna is experienced in conducting various yoga therapy classes that target healing for the neck, shoulder, and back, in addition to pranayama and meditation

Yolanda
Yoga reconnects us to our body, heals the heart and awakens the soul.
Yolanda’s yoga journey began when she experienced how yoga helped to align her physical, mental, emotional and intuitive self. To deepen her knowledge of yoga, Yolanda undertook a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course.
Yolanda believes in connecting with her students while creating uplifting and positive vibes. She motivates them to do their best, to be peaceful yet empowered. Her classes have a strong emphasis on fundamental alignment while cultivating a profound stillness of the mind, an openness in the body and a spirit of playfulness!
